Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

The online ordering system is super user friendly, and makes ordering really easy. Delivery is really fast and the delivery drivers are very personable. They have good deals in terms of coupons, for example: If you order 2 or more medium pizzas, pasta dishes, or sandwiches which brings the price down to 5.99 each. The food is decent for fast-food pizza. I've tried most of their dishes and they are all pretty good, my favorite being the chicken carbonara. The garlic crust is really good and I wish more pizza places did this. All in all, the service is great, the deals are great, and the food is pretty good.

On Sat, 3.21.15 we decided we did not want to hassle with downtown people on a Sat night and settled on delivery from this establishment. We call around 8:30pm. In their system it shows your phone number, address and order history, among other things. Placing our order was difficult as the young man wasn't coherent, we had to repeat ourselves a few times. After our order was placed correctly we confirmed our address, paid via credit card, and was told it will be roughly 30/45 minutes for delivery. Just after 9:30, my friend calls to inquire about the delivery. The woman, in an accent, answers. As my friend politely asks, she yells "Two hours, two hours." We get it, it's a Saturday night, they're busy, we understand. Just don't be so rude when answering. 10:30 rolls around, we're starving and no delivery. I check my bank account to see if I was charged, there was a pending transaction. We grow impatient and call them back, over two hours later. The woman, not the one from earlier, told us our order had been delivered. We explain it hadn't been delivered, she reads back an incorrect address, it was delivered there. Then explains that the order was actually cancelled and never made. Asked why it was cancelled she had no explanation and we called for a manager. Then the woman with the accent picked up the phone. She also told us that our order was cancelled. However, we were charged. We ask again for the operating manager. A guy picks up asked if he was the manager, he was not. Asked again for the manager on duty, said she was out for the day. He offers help and we explain the situation. Tells me I will not be charged, but there was already a pending charge. He tells us we didn't even place an order, our last order was 3.13. But the fact remains I have a pending charge and I do not feel comfortable with that ability to cancel orders, yet show no proof that they've charged someone. He says he will make our order and deliver it in 15 minutes. As great as that sounds for food to be prepped, cooked, packaged and delivered within 15 minutes, but you may be ingesting a food born illness as the food won't be cooked to optimal temperatures to kill pathogens from growing. Also, they closed in 15 minutes, at that time they couldn't care about any customer concern, they want to leave. I asked when the manager will be in next and her name. Manager's name is Brenda and was told she starts her shift at 5pm the following day. I asked if there is a morning manager and he said they only have the one. I ask for his name, he told me "Mike." No apology was given. We end up going that night without our dinner. Sun, 3.22.15, I check my bank account and thankfully I see a reversal on the charge from Domino's. At 5:15pm, I call for Brenda. Jovana answered and was very nice. She tells me Brenda doesn't clock in until closer to 6pm. The operating manager arrives to work that late? If they have no other manager that is just poor managing skills, especially since I was told she starts at 5. Call back at 5:55, not in. Call at 6:45, Jovana takes down my name and number and tells me Brenda will call me when she gets in. At 7:55, nearly 3 hours after Brenda was supposed to start shift, Jovana answers and transfers me to her, finally. How irresponsible for this business to conduct themselves in such a way. Either Jovana didn't pass on the message or Brenda really doesn't care. As I try to explain to Brenda what occurred the night prior and she cuts me off to tell me our last order was 3.13, not 3.21. I politely tell her to wait to speak as I am currently explaining the entire situation. After I finish, she asks me what number I called and there is no Mike that works there, she was at this establishment the night prior. She tries telling me I must have ordered from somewhere else. Confirming the number I ask Brenda why she didn't handle this situation last night when we asked for a manager. She continues to insinuate that we ordered elsewhere as there is no Mike. I tell her Mike gave us a fake name. If this was another store, why would "Mike" tell us Brenda is that store's manager? So I double check with her, she confirms she is the operating manager. She claims she was completely unaware of this occurrence. If she was working the night prior how does it go unnoticed that four staff members were involved in creating, cancelling, charging and dealing with complaints on the same order? Brenda offered us a free any XL pizza at no cost. We didn't want pizza, she exclaims how bad she feels and adds the deal to the account. In the end though, never once apologized for the situation or how her staff handled the situation It's a concern when management isn't aware of staff charging credit cards, yet cancelling food orders. That is theft. Corporate should be fully aware of how establishments represent their name. Brenda and her staff of incompetence should not be working here.

Two horrible experiences due to incompetence. First time, we decided to get it delivered to our apartment. It took over and hour and found out it was because the driver got lost. I felt a little bad because it would suck getting lost in a somewhat big city, but then found out that he was only 7 blocks from our apartment... They also completely messed up our order and didn't include everything we ordered. The second time was worse than that. We decided to get carry out because delivery took too long. I went into this location and no says anything to me. Since I've never been anywhere where they completely ignore the customers I didn't know that I had to flag someone to pick up my order. Someone else walks in and did that. They then took half an hour to just figure out what his order was and where it was. They asked him his name and number around 10 times until they finally found his order. The same exact thing happened to me after him. Also, for some reason, there was a drunk Mexican man behind the counter watching what everyone was doing.

I was craving pizza, so decided on dominos because it's usually decent pizza with fast delivery. I was wrong this time. So wrong. I ordered and ended up waiting an hour just to end up with a cold pizza I didn't even want. When I called while waiting, they have me the run around and mentioned something about the manager messing with the times. I call right after I received the pizza and was told the manager wasn't there till 5. I get that it's delivery and a convenience food, but lying to your customers and forcing them to wait an hour for what they already paid for is not okay.
(1)Italia A.
I ordered pizza at 9 10 and the delivery didn't get here till 10 20. For wasting my time I waited till they got here to cancel my order. Tf am I gonna eat a pizza an hour and 10 minutes after its been made.
(1)Akshay J.
Ordered a pizza 50 minutes ago. The outlet is a few blocks away from my place. I called up and the manager says it will take another 15 minutes. Seriously? An hour and 20 minutes to deliver a pizza few streets across. If you do not have enough people to do delivery then just dont put yourself on the dominos website! I could have gone 15 miles away and got a pizza myself by now. Will never ever order from you guys again. I encourage people to choose another Dominos outlet for their delivery instead of this one.

Although Dominoes pizza makes the roof of my mouth feel pretty weird for 12-24 hours afterward, you gotta hand it to this place for offering an easy way to have dinner (and lunch the next day) for 2 people with a Large pizza. Check the online app for its "coupon" specials... May times you can get a large pizza (or equivalent) for under 9 bucks. Solid quality food, not pumped full of preservatives but not exactly organic either.. A good easy Donner option at a great price if u pay attention to the specials...

I usually order from this place quite often and its usually pretty good. Last night I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and a philly cheese steak sandwich. And I had to go to the doctors this morning because my stomach was just not feeling right. Turns out I got food poisoning. I vomited twice and I've had diarrhea all day. The doc prescribed me some antibiotics and I've been just been in bed all day. I am not sure if it was the pizza or sandwich but I will not be going back there again.

I have ordered take out from this location on multiple occasions and they have never failed me. Awesome service and awesome food. Thank you to the staff for making such yummy pizza.
(5)T C.
I clearly explained my order and they totally messed up on it. They're definitely not the sharpest tools in the shed be warned!
(1)Anthony H.
Delivery from Domino's sucks now. Are they under new management? New shift leaders or something? What's going on with this restaurant? I ordered a simple Hawaiian pizza at 6:05 on a Monday evening through my phone app. It didn't arrive until about 7:40 pm. The phone app's Pizza Tracker said that it was cooked within about 20 minutes, so presumably it sat around for over an hour. Let's just say that it wasn't piping hot when it arrived. A couple of weeks ago, my roommate received a pizza that not only came late but had other issues: too little sauce, extremely overcooked. In fairness, a couple of orders have been fine. Though long deliveries are not uncommon. I'm deeply disappointed in the quality of this location. I like Domino's new updated pizza recipes, but the quality, timeliness and service have gone downhill as of Summer/Fall 2014. No more Domino's from this location for awhile!
(2)Ryan M.
Don't ever waste your time going here. Horrible manager(s), rude service, always makes mistakes on your order. All you need to know
(1)Loveleen C.
So far I have used this Domino's location twice, on different occasions. My first experience was a pick-up for a medium 2 topping pizza deal. I ordered on the phone for a chicken and jalapeno pizza and when I picked it up, I got a beef + bacon and jalapeno pizza. I called and told them about the issue. They apologized and said the correct order will be ready for pickup. Therefore, although it was a hassle to go back and pick up the pizza, I got a fresh new one and got to keep my old one (which I threw out regardless cus I don't eat beef and it was hard to pick it off). The second time was using Delivery to San Jose State during finals week. I ordered through online and it was pretty cool to order online since you can see what is happened to your food (prepping, baked, out for delivery). As soon as my food was ready, the delivery guy, Thai, called to confirm the location and his ETA (estimated arrival time) which was useful so that I could meet him outside the building right on time. This time, my order was correct, but oh man, my pizza was slightly burnt. I love their crust and I couldn't enjoy it because it was crunchy rather than soft :\ I still give them 3 stars because you can't beat some of their deals and when you are really hungry, at least they are fast!
(3)Yen Nhi L.
I love the pizza, it is very delicious. However, the customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I was ordering the pizza through phone, and the lady was extremely rude and kept saying 'OMG' when I was just making sure if the order was correct. I was like BYE . I ain't ordering your pizza if ur being RUDE. I don't and will never recommend this Domino location because its too ghetto. I'll be nice enough to rate this location 2 star because of the delicious pizza.
(2)Krista M.
Would give 0 if possible. Ordered my food and expected to wait 60 minutes. Called 2 hours later to be told they were short staffed and it would be another 20 minutes at least. Asked why there was no notification for the extreme delay and they told me that their online booking engine only generates what it expects based on normal volume but they are running a special right now and short staffed so there is no way to tell. Will never order from Dominos again. Food still hasn't arrived 3 hours later..... Worst pizza place ever. Pay a little more and go somewhere where they will deliver your food in the time promised and warm.
(1)James B.
Fast and fresh, consistently--not every Domino's does that.
(5)Bam Bam R.
Pizza arrived cold , driver allegedly got lost , took an hour. I guess GPS is above their pay grade. I normally would not order from them and my experience confirmed it. Tasted like crap. 25 slices of pepperoni on an extra large ( yes I counted) is friggin ridiculous. They suck I'd give them zero stas if I could
(1)Ms. Luv-Hat E.
The new guy got my pasta order wrong. Then he also messed up my parmesan bites--they came out uncooked. The dough was raw. Brought it back. They just re-baked the same batch. This made it even worse since now it's hard, burned, and the dough still was flat and raw tasting. I got tired of going back and forth and just dumped the Parmesan bites. They did not give me a hard time making a new order so that's why they get 2 stars instead of 1 star.
(2)Jillian P.
I ordered 3 large cheese pizzas and buffalo wings through my phone app on Friday night. The order was messed up. We got half of the chicken wings we order and one of the pizzas we got was a delicious Hawaiian. I do like Hawaiian but the problem was that I never ordered it and most of my friends did not care for it so most of it was wasted. The other problem was that the other 2 cheese pizzas were burnt. They looked like they were in the over for hours before placed in the box. As soon as I received the order I tried calling Domino's to fix the order but nobody picked up the phone. Most of my friends stayed hungry and disappointed by the food and service we got from this pizza place.
(2)Crystal D.
Unreal!! I placed an order on a Monday night using their online app. I was quoted a 46 minute delivery time. That's totally fine and acceptable. According to their handy-dandy tracker on the app I found out that my food was ready to go, on time. Two hours later, I STILL haven't gotten my food (which was ready over an hour ago). You messed up today, Dominos!
(1)Julius S.
First and foremost I NEVER write reviews... I ordered a discounted large pizza online yesterday, Sunday, Feb 22nd 2015 and it was horrible. Not only did I give them plenty of time to make the pizza and did a carryout, I still had to wait an additional 20 mins before I actually got it. I got home and opened the box and was distraught; The crust was practically cardboard, the sausage wasn't baked into the cheese (with each slice all of the sausage would roll off), and the entire pizza was poorly cut. I attempted to cut the pizza with a slicer although I would've been better off using a hacksaw. It was probably the worst pizza I have ever ordered. Actually, it was the worst pizza I've ever ordered. Also, the lava cakes were a joke and I felt cheated. They looked nothing like the picture and resembled mini pancakes, but with the chocolate filling.
(1)Zakiya K.
I called and placed an order on the phone, they misunderstood my order and when I asked to receive the right order they had an attitude and gave us uncooked food. wouldn't go there again!
(1)Vaughan J.
Hot Pizza delivered. Nothing like it!
(5)Sarah R.
Apparently "delivery" means to this Domino's location that the sick customer should have to leave their apartment, come downstairs, walk across the busy street and retrieve their order from the delivery person who couldn't even be bothered to get out of their car. NOT happy.
(1)Jonathan D.
This location is WHACK. I ordered a pizza at 11:10pm and according to the status online, it was ready at 11:18pm. By midnight, I had to call three times to find out what was happening. Each time, they "couldn't find" the driver, but promised to call me back - never did. Pizza finally delivered one hour later, lukewarm and dried out. Unreal.
(1)Skip S.
good pizza, poor service. always check your delivery order before the driver leaves because the drivers are nice and mean well but always screw something up. I've gotten the wrong pizza before and they regularly forget any sauce you've ordered. if you have to call the restaurant to get anything fixed that will take forever (so catch it at the driver).

I usually have Domino's Pizza Delivered, today I decided to take a drive. I placed my order online and watched the process, it was ready. Arrived at Domino's Pizza on 576 E Santa Clara St. My pizza was ready, but my hot wings were not. While I waited I observed the cashier who took my money, go in back remove a tray coming out of oven, placed it on table, but didn't touch it, She then relieved an itch in her ear, and actually relieved and itch on her nose. She was reading something in front of her, then went grabbed a pizza plate put it on table for girl preparing, she then put her hand flat on the plate, then the girl who was preparing, placed the dough right on the plate. My pizzas sat on the counter all this time, while my wings took an additional 10 minutes. The girl that was in back boxing the pizzas came to help the girl at register, handled money, never washed her hands when returning to box the pizzas. "ticket Server 3935"

This is by far the worst and most unprofessional Dominos I've ever came across in my life and this will be the last time I order from here. It's runner by dumb people who put you on hold every phone call for 20 min straight. On top of it all my order was supposed to take 40 min and ended up taking 2 hours. When I called and asked to speak to a manager they put me on hold literally, another 5 times ANDY hung up on me. I will never order from this dominos ever again!!!!
(1)Hao J.
Order wings and stix for my gf, then 30 mins later a guy who can't even speak proper English yelling at us "shit shit" and wanted us to go out and pick it up. His customer service is totally shit, if I were the owner of the resturant I would fire him right away, plz find some one that can find an address and speak proper english.
(1)Sandra S.
Their customer service stinks. The girls that were behind the counter all looked like high school kids. Not professional. Their boneless wings are plain old chicken nuggets that you dip yourself. I guess you can't expects much for a quick $30 dinner.
(1)Tyler S.
The service at this location is always very pleasant and the pizzas are bomb! They melt the cheese perfectly
(4)Loc N.
It's usually good! Only one time, I ordered online 35-40 minutes before they closed, and the pizza came without the meat topping that I wanted; basically, it was an unexpected veggie pizza. I sent the complaint to the manager, so hopefully they won't have that mistake again lol
(4)Minh C.
These pizzas are tasty
(4)Amanda P.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We ordered a pizza for delivery from them at 5:37pm. I called at 7:15pm to ask where the pizza was. The guy on the phone told me that it was out for delivery. I called back at 7:45pm and they told me they didn't have my order number in their computer. Then we told me that it was out for delivery. Oh wait the order said the guy delivered it at 6:55pm he said. I said we hadn't gotten it and he said "I don't know what to tell you. I just take the orders" I finally speak to the manager who says she cancelled the order because no one came to the door. Not true. The guy never came to the door and never called. Now it is 2.5 hrs later and we have no food. I tell her to put the order in and we will come pick it up. She says 20 mins. My husband gets there 20 minutes later and has to wait another hour, and the people are just ignoring him when he asks how long. There are 5 other people angry and being ignored too. And they are telling people it will be 3 hrs for delivery on the phone!!! Finally we just left without the pizza. What is going on here?!? This place should be shutdown!
(1)Veronica M.
They are SUPER fast, friendly and just what anyone could expect from a GREAT pizza place... I love it. I seriously don't even bother ordering from anywhere else because none is as good and fast as they are. Asides from the fact that they have great deals going on all the time :D
(5)Jay B.
This is my fast food go to place when I don't want to cool. However still same problem, the handmade pan pizzas are always raw! Oh and this one time I ordered online a no cheese pizza and it was delivered with cheese :( I could eat it and we didn't have time or money to order another pizza.
(4)Angela R.
I always order from here and I get the pan made pepperoni pizza ! Brenda always makes it well done as my special requests! She friendly when i call just to make it it's well done!! I will continue order from here to the friendly service I got from her!! Oh yea Nd always on time
(5)Lauren B.
Awful awful customer service!! Used the delivery app on my phone as they recommend for faster service and upon tracking the order online the pizza showed up 20 mins after they said it already arrived at my door. Keep in mind i live .5 miles away. Never did the delivery guy say he got lost nor did attempt to call us to explain the lateness. Pizza was delivered cold, when I say cold I mean sitting out all night and then attempting to eat it in the morning cold. When I called and complained, they said they would send out another but it'd be another hour and a half. I said to just put it as a credit on my account... Few weeks go by, decide to use the credit. Lady i talked to now is refusing to send out a pizza if I don't pay a delivery charge. Doesn't make sense, if they offered to bring one out the other night and now won't. Also said if I expect to get a warm pizza, I will have to go get it. Didn't realize when getting delivery you have to just assume it will arrive cold. Ended up going with Pizza My Heart, awesome decision! Pizza came pipping hot and is still warm 30 mins later. People working there have little customer service skills, will never use them again.
(1)Alan K.
We've had delivery from this Domino's a few times, and always received our orders cooked decently and delivered quickly.
(4)Luigge R.
$5.99 deal is a must. Always delicious :)
(4)Evangelina B.
Its pizza how can it go wrong? Boyfriend and I ordered a to go order called it in and picked it up. It was good. Nothing bad, service was nice. If anyone has a bad experience at a business its a two way street we are human its always wise to check if they forgot something. They were out of peppers here but hey i had tobasco sauce waiting at home. Overall good experience here.

always good.

Picture this: My Boyfriend had just driven 8 hours from LA, with basically nothing in his stomach, and it was 11:00pm when he finally got back to town. We decided on pizza, and after an unfortunate experience with Pizza hut, we decided on Domino's. Having no idea what we wanted, we called Domino's while on the way to the location, at 11:55 we placed our order with Rosey, and arrived on location at 12:05am. Thankfully she knew just who we were as we entered, and was helpful enough to even make a few suggestions to us about our order. We ended by changing our order slightly to a hand made pan pizza, and, were super psyched with the results. Not only was the pizza amazing but the customer service was the cherry on top! We had explained our situation to Rosey and she was a complete doll about helping us out. I told her I'd give her a shout out on Yelp, and here goes! "Thanks for making my man's midnight meal, Rosey, and thanks for doing it with a smile, we knew you wanted to go home, but you still rocked it for us!" Domino's is our new fav go to-spot! Oh yeah... the pizza was the perfect blend of crust, and doughy wonderfulness! The honey says to add that the spinach cheesie bread was; "awesome"!
(5)Kymberli B.
When we called to order two pizzas, we were told it would be 40-50 minutes. After 55 minutes, we called to see how the delivery was coming and were told to allow more time. After 65 minutes, we called again, worried that it wouldn't arrive hot. The gal (Rosa) said if we didn't like it we could decline the delivery and then come in and pick them up ourselves to ensure hot pizza-the nerve! Then she transferred us to Jessica, who put us on hold and never came back. We ordered from another pizza place at that point. Good thing as Dominoes didn't arrive for an hour and a half! You just Lost 3 longstanding customers!
(1)Vaibhav B.
After standing at the store for 15 min, when my app said the pizza is ready I asked them to check on my order. The lady goes and took out uncooked pizza. I looked at it, the corners were fine, but it was completely raw. Ate one slice and had to throw the rest.
(1)Jackie C.
Delivery took more than 1 hour, cold on arrival. That's all I have to say about Dominoes ..Yelp said my review was too light and they would save it as a tip: "I have seen a time when the Imperium can no longer breathe. When man's empire chokes on it's own corruption. Poisoned by the filth and sin of five hundred deluded generations on that night when madness becomes truth, the gate of Cadia will break open like an infected wound
(1)Ray R.
Don't bother! The people here don't have a clue what they are doing and couldn't be any slower! I will NEVER come to this location again! NEVER!!!! I'd rather make the drive to A SLICE OF NEW YORK!! They rock!!!!
(1)Katrina H.
Amazing customer service! They are very friendly here. I would highly recommend this place for inexpensive pizza. Can't find any coupons? Look on their website! You can never go wrong with pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread! Yummmmm
(5)Sandy C.
This is our go-to Domino's for delivery. Although their pizza is basic, it is always delivered hot and on time. They've never screwed up an order and it's consistently good and WAY cheaper than some of the other local competition (we've tried it all). I don't understand all the negative reviews, we've ALWAYS gotten our pizzas within 30 minutes!
(4)Emily W.
Oh, Domino's. I remember the time you produced commercials about how your pizza used to be bad, but had improved your recipes. Well, I'm really glad I didn't try your pizza before this so-called renovation. I've had pizza delivered from this location twice. The first time was a result of a nasty hangover and the need of some greasy pizza. The second was a result of laziness and the hope the pizza would improve. My mistake. I won't be ordering Domino's again. Regardless of the location. There are better pizza chains out there (Roundtable). Sorry, Domino's. I gave you two tries, but I think you still need work on your recipes. Your crust is too doughy, the sauce too salty. The overall quality is just lacking. One good thing I can say - speedy service, and I like how I was able to track my order online.
(2)Tevolo S.
The reviews were pretty good! But whoever helped me wasn't helpful and rude. Doesn't surprise me when you order late. But if you don't want to work in customer service then go pick corn you fuckin ignorant fuck!
(1)Lindsay M.
I was excited to find a Domino's fairly close to my house and I love their app that makes ordering and tracking easy. The last two times we have ordered though they have either forgotten all or some of the sauce. I was annoyed last time when the delivery guy arrived with no sauce at all. Today he arrived missing some of it and his response was "maybe next time". Well Domino's maybe next time I will order from Mountain Mike's down the street.
(2)Pete K.
This is awesome. The place is simple. Order a pizza and have it delivered or go pick it up. What is there to complain about?! This is a very small and simple Dominio's set up. It is a tiny store really only meant for pick up and delivery. There is no dining room inside. The online ordering system Domino's has developed in phenomenal. You can order anything they have and customize it with ease. They have tons of online deals and coupons to sort through to find the deal that works for you. Then they also offer a brilliant order tracking system that is way better than even FedEx and UPS tracking. I was alerted the moment the delivery staff left the building with my order. Bottom Line: I would recommend this to anyone looking for decent pizza from a chain with minimal effort and for a fair cost.

I have been ordering Domino's pizza for years and have always really enjoyed it. This location, however, needs to seriously rethink customer service and the way that they handle orders in general. Not only was my order misquoted by over 30 minutes, they had no idea where the delivery guy was beyond just "on his way." I waited for an hour and 30 minutes before I finally had enough and called to cancel. To my surprise, the girl was more than happy to cancel without even attempting to make it right or to offer an alternative. Are you serious? It would appear that this location is more than happy to lose customers and when I told her that I would not be ordering from this location again, all she could muster was an "okay." Absolutely abysmal. I am hungry, angry, and not at all a satisfied customer. Not to mention, I asked to speak with the manager on more than one occasion, the first being when my order was only 10 minutes late and the second, when it was 30 minutes late. Each time I was denied the privilege of speaking with the manager, however when I asked for the Domino's Corporate Complaint line, the manager was available when the girl on the phone needed to ask for the number. What a joke! Edit: So I'm sitting at Sweet Tomatoes a half hour later and the delivery guy calls, at my house with the pizza! No one bothered to call and tell him not to waste his gas?!?! Also, by that point, 2 hours had elapsed since I originally placed the order. I can't imagine it would've tasted good...

They're pretty good for my friends and I to order here at least once every few weeks . We always get the promo that they have and order online. The online tracker for the site is good. The only down side is they never have pamasean cheese when we ask for it . Every time we ask they never have it . Just crushed peppers. And parking is kinda hard when we pick it up.

Haven't had a dominos pizza sense the early 90's. They have stepped there game up. I ordered a pizza over there site fast easy to use. Must say I'm impressed with the taste that's why I gave em 4 stars. Really a good tasting pie. Price wasn't to bad either paid $10 for a med. The store was easy to Find. Pick up service was fast and friendly. Employees at this store are A+ I will surely be back. Great job.

$7.99 (+tax) for a large 3-topping carryout (had 3 different ones on each half), extremely efficient online ordering. Showed up 20 min later - food was ready & steaming hot. Works for me. A shame that the pizza was uh... bad... Don't be misled by cute comments about the garlic crust. It's fucking Domino's. and don't serve me DRY FUCKING CHICKEN FUCK

I've ordered Domino's from other listings & this one...they need to cook/crisp the thin crust pizza a few minutes longer.

It's Sunday evening and the BF and I have had it with Thanksgiving leftovers (4 days in a row is just too much). And we're lazy to cook. Really lazy. How lazy you ask? Domino's Pizza Lazy...yes, you've read correctly. And Nam is so lazy that she doesn't want to even call in the order but places it online--which was surprisingly quite easy and efficient (let's not forget to mention that I found an online coupon code for $5 off our order). Now I don't know if it's been so long that I've ordered Domino's that I forgot it's convenience but within 20 minutes the delivery guy was at our door. Our pizza was piping-right-out-of-the-oven HOT and was piled with TONS of toppings. TONS-they definitely weren't stingy on them. I'd also like to put in a plug for our delivery dude. When I asked where to put the tip on the credit card receipt, he replied "Tip isn't necessary". Wow. Now, I don't know if he really meant it but his humility got him a $5 tip from us (there goes our savings from the coupon). What a pleasant surprise Domino's. Have you bested our love for Costco Pizza? Not so much. But when laziness and too much turkey comes into play, you've got us.

So I guess this store decided that they want a bunch of kids to run their business. you can tell these are high school kids probably working their first job that dont know the first thing about customer service. i ordered a simple pizza delivery and I saw the call pull up but the delivery person did not get out of the car and eventually left. working what was going on i called the store and I asked what happened and after ordering with them before they could not find me at all in their computer until i gave them my order number. She explained that they called a few times and i told them i missed their call but when I tried to give them my apt # which they didn't have after getting plenty of orders from me. The girl on the phone decided to argue with me and try to justify them leaving. I get they tried to call me about the issue but they could of looked me up on the computer and figured it out by my order history and i didnt understand why they didnt have my apt number. I cut the girl off while trying to argue with me and told her to keep their food and refund me right away. ALL I GOT TO SAY IS I BETTER HAVE MY MONEY BACK IN THE BANK!!! CRAPPY SERVICE ALL AROUND. MANAGER TAKE NOTE AND TRING YOUR 16 YEAR OLDS ON HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS..PERIOD

Great customer service - our pizza wasn't perfect and we called them to fix it...they re-delivered our pizza and were so incredibly friendly about it - really great customer service - our new pizzas were awesome and we really enjoyed them. Thank you

ordered a pizza here because of the 50% off. customized it, to find it taste DISGUSTING. It made me VERY VERY sick all night long into the morning, i threw up and was in the bathroom consistently. only had the pizza that night. I was told about a month ago by a lady that went to the same place, that they do not use gloves! i ended up giving them a try anyway. what a mistake. i called the next day and told them, and they refused to do ANYTHING about it! normally i love dominos, but not this time.

This branch is NOT closed. Not sure why it is listed that way.

Pizza was good. Since it was Wednesday, i got a large 3 topping pizza for 7.99(8.53 plus tax). They have a wide range of different topping and specialty pizzas, which can also be included for the 7.99. I do carry out when i order pizza, so i cant really ask talk about the delivery service. What i like most about the pizza is the new crust they have. A normal pizza place its just bread. At this domino's at least they have a new garlic flavor crust to it.

Not too bad of pizza I live close to this dominos so it's kinda for lazy dinner night when I don't feel like making dinner. Its ok ..... A step up from little cezars. I'd rather have Chicago pizza. The service is good even though all the people that work here are still in high school it seems .

When you have one of those pizza cravings, and want some delivery because you are too lazy to go out and get it yourself, Domino's always does the trick. It isn't anything special but it definitely isn't bad at all. The pizza and all the sides come quickly and they always have good coupon codes which make the deals pretty good. It's cheap and they deliver so it's an option when you are looking for quick and decent pizza.

Man this spot gave us the DOMINO EFFECT IN THE BATHROOM! I havewn't had Domino's in years and for good reason. Had mad stomach pains and will never eat here again....

A zero star review if it were possible. Screwed up my order, promised a free pizza to compensate. When I called to order some new pizzas they said they saw that I was owed a free pizza in their system, but they wouldn't honor it because of new management. asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that they didn't want to talk to me. Classy. Go to Pizza My Heart, you're better off.

Domino's is Domino's -- but this one just seems better! Think they use better cheese -- or meats -- or something. Particular like their extra-thin crust (like melted cheese, meat & olives on a thin, flaky cracker -- yum).

I was very pleased with my two medium two toppings pizzas for 5.99 each. :) They put some sort of garlic on the crust and I LOVE GARLIC. I ordered a pineapple/chicken and a mushroom pepporoni both were so yummy but I could have used more meat on the pizza! I disliked is that online it showed there was no delivery to my house but I only live 4 blocks away. :( I went there to pick up and learned they do deliver but it's a $2.50 delivery fee! WTH? What happened to free delivery and you can just tip the driver??? Shoot! Anyhow I'm happy with the product and yes, I'm a fan. :)

They always have my order done in a timely fashion and they have yet to mess up on my order. I love the garlic bread they use for their pasta bowls and the hubby enjoys there lava cakes. We had soo many awful experiences at the domino's on berryessa we decided to try a different location. So far this location has been super great.

So it was a Friday afternoon, I placed my order online at about 430pm to have them deliver at 530pm. We wanted a medium pizza and an oven baked sandwich. At about 545pm, some lady called me and told me that they ran out of bread. WTF? And you couldn't call me at 430 to tell me that? It's my first to order from this Domino's at this location and will never attempt it again.

Here's a nifty new scam (or new to me, anyway): So I ordered from Dominos and the delivery guy shows up. My pizza is about $12, and I've got a twenty. The guy says he doesn't have change (!) but if I give him the twenty, he'll bring back change. Uh, I don't think so. So I hand him back the pizza and he splits. I got on the phone and called Dominos back and asked what kind of delivery driver doesn't have change for a twenty? The woman on the other end said of course they're supposed to have change; she'll send the pizza back and charge me half price. I said okay. It's the same driver again, so I imagine my pizza was spit upon, but what the hell. I'm hungry. Anyway... the lady tried to make it right, so two stars instead of one. But watch out for this crap. That really took some nerve.

Open till late night and they deliver. On days when I don't feel like going out to get dinner, this place is just a call away. The standards at this particular dominos has always been the same. Its awrightttt.... Its one of the cheapest pizza delivery places in downtown San Jose.. best combination of value and service. The storefront is just a counter where you can order your pizza from. There's not much/almost no place to eat here. They mainly cater for deliveries. 4 stars for service and value and speed.. they've never let me down like some other pizza places.

This location is within walking distance of my apartment, so it was kind of a no-brainer for my lazy days. I usually don't like Domino's...they were honestly below the bottom of my delivery list back home in Florida. But I had heard a lot about their new pizza (new crust, new sauce, etc., etc.), so I decided to check it out. I will admit that their pizzas have gotten better. I like the fact that the hand tossed crust has garlic flavor now, because it reminded me of cardboard before the changes. Is this the best pizza ever? Nah, but it suits me fine when I need a quick pizza fix. Bonus: You can order online and actually watch the process of your order being prepared in real time. It will even tell you who is making the pizza, when it goes into the oven to bake, and when it's ready. It gives me a good idea of when to start walking. Tip: This location is definitely just for carryout and delivery. There is barely any room to sit and wait, let alone eat there.

The Food tasted really good, and I ordered my food online so everything I ordered is type on the receipt making it very obvious of what I ordered. I asked for additional hot sauces and icing. As I picked up my order, my thinking was that they would be inside one of the boxes. After i arrived to my location realized they forgot what i had asked for.

Typical delivery pizza, better crust than other places, okay delivery times. Incredibly rude delivery people, and the supervisors at the store make minimal effort to solve problems. Here's my gripe: 1. Khaled calls from his cell phone, husband gives him directions to the call box 10 steps away and tells him how to get in. Khaled refuses, instead tells husband that he has to come down to the gate. 2. Khaled lies to husband, saying that the people in the leasing office told him to wait at the gate. The leasing office closed 45 minutes earlier, there's no way he talked to anyone. 3. Supervisor at the store makes excuses, saying that Khaled has had problems getting into my apt complex before, so he refused to enter, however, they'd make sure he wasn't sent to that address again, and he really shouldn't have been rude. Sorry. Really? That's your solution? If you've got problems with this address, don't take my order. Don't say that you'll deliver if you're going to refuse as soon as you get here. Also, don't lie when you get here - I know when the leasing office closes! The instructions were simple, and there's a giant map of the complex right by the gate. I don't know why this guy had an attitude, but he lost not only a tip, but also my business. There are plenty of other pizza places in town.

Nothing special, nothing bad. I live downtown. These guys deliver quick and the pizza is pretty good if you are looking for something cheap. If I order delivery, it's Dominos.
(3)Kimberly C.
omg its sO sad...i get a customer appreciation coupons in the mail from them! i dont go as often now..maybe once a month bc im trying to cut back.. but their pizza is pretty darn good esp. for the price. a lil greasy but not as bad at pizza hut. one time my pizza was a lil undercooked but otherwise it has been great. for those lazy college students like me not in the mood to cook, it's so easy to just dial DOMINOS!

Called and asked before ordering what minimum order should be for delivery and was told $10. I orderes 2 cheesy breads and 1 cinnastix. Rep hung up on me before I could say I wanted to pay with credit. Called back and quoted $12.99 total. Delivery guy very nice even tho he got lost (condos!!!). He gives me my order but no marinara sauce nor icing given, just napkins. Then I see the bill $15.66! WTF....I ask delivery guy and he says Domino's system is all jacked up all the time- sounds like he's newer and doesn't like working there. I give him a tip even though I'm paying $18 total for cinnamon, cheese, and dough. Rip off! I call Domino's to complain- speak with same lady who took my order- she says there's a delivery charge and that's why it was more, I tell her they should give notice of that because that is misrepresentation and she just says "uh huh" and "ok." Then I bite into cheesy bread and it is RAW. Luckily only haf way on one order but still.... So all in all a 1 star rating.

zero stars. i ordered for delivery. the delivery guy was 45 minutes late, and my food was cold. when i called the store to find out what was taking so long (the tracker said i had received my food for about 20 minutes before he got to my house) the woman on the phone was rude. when i pointed out to the delivery guy that he had brought the wrong sauces, he didn't apologize, he just said he would tell "them." the sandwich had hardly anything on it, and the pizza had almost no sauce, even though i asked for extra. it was incredibly hard to figure out how to complain on the company website, which was even more frustrating. when i received a response, all i was told was that they hoped in the future i had a better experience, not that action was being taken. i am never buying food from domino's again, they obviously do not see customer service or quality food as a priority, just over charging for skimpy, badly made food.
